pissed off Geez! We bought a house from this stupid old lady -- signed the contract and everything. Now she's trying to back out of the contract! (Our real estate agent told us that the day after the contract was signed, the lady got a better offer for the house from someone else). That's not legal, of course, and so we're forced to take her to court. There's really no chance that she can get the house back. Thank goodness.
Don't get me wrong, I don't WANT to move, but my parents are determined to move and finding ANOTHER house would just be a big hassle.
Greedy people should die.
